Fernandez arqutiectos was designed modern house design located in A Coruña, Spain. The project is the architect’s house; that’s why it reflects his own architectural interest. The volume development is based on formal research as the aim of the architectural object, understanding the uniqueness of the homes of author as distinctive elements in the environment of the conventional. The special nature of architects’ houses makes them different from the common buildings. The spatial position of the house determines the position of the main door. This main door serves as a separation between the public and private areas of the house. The development plan of the housing, generates a spatial continuity of the same that allows its users to enjoy a huge comfort.
