This Modern Contemporary House was designed by Gudmundur Jonsson in rural Iceland. The main purpose of this house is to capture all the beautiful scenery around in all directions: southward view of the sea and islands north of the typical triangular mountains, glaciers to the east and west River and valley. Exterior glazing consists of a large wood, bricks and natural stone. What makes the house blend better with the site. Interior done in a minimalist style and modern. Simple form right angles, lighting and integrated natural materials.
